Ephesians 6:10-18: Falsehoods abound in our day, often appearing respectable yet leading people away from truth and life. Lies about God, lies about human nature, lies about reality. All these things distort meaning and harm both individuals and society. Scripture teaches that such deception is rooted in the devil, the father of lies, and is opposed to life itself. Yet Christ has triumphed over evil and offers freedom through truth. As Christians, we are called to resist deception, stand firm in faith, and engage in spiritual battle through truth, prayer, and love. And as Solzhenitsyn said, “Live not by lies! Let the lie come into the world, let it even triumph. But not through me.”
